Perhaps even more important than the adults enjoying church is that the kids should enjoy Sunday mornings. After all they are the future and giving them a good experience now will encourage them to stay part of the church, as they grow older.
The kids group on a Sunday morning is therefore very much about having fun. The group is a mixture of all ages, with the older ones helping out the younger ones. Sunday kids group is usually based around a craft activity, and with this they are introduced to basic bible stories.
We also like the kids to feel they are part of the main church, so on the first Sunday of every month we have a family service where they help by taking part in the presentation.
